This information and corresponding forms are key documents in the enrolment process. It is essential that you read the information and complete the forms by Friday, 15th May 2026. All forms, apart from the Direct Debit Mandate, Alumni and LCPA are sent to the Admissions Team.

Payment Options:

Payment in full on the first day of the term by Direct Debit
Pay in 3 x instalments across each term by Direct Debit
Payment in 12 x monthly instalments using School Fee Plan (credit subject to status, terms, and conditions). Please note this is not arranged through our Finance Department.
Online Payment system Esenda. A payment link will appear at the bottom of invoices, allowing parents to pay their bill in full. The same system may also be used for other payments, such as charity events, where a payment link will be sent by email.

ParentPay

In the Senior School, we use a cashless payment system to enhance the efficiency of our catering operations. This system, known as ParentPay, allows for secure online payments for breakfast items, break-time snacks, the tuck shop, and the Sixth Form Cafe.
