PA to Head of Prep - Immediate Start

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Prep School at Lingfield College. We are currently recruiting to the role of PA to the Head of Prep School with an immediate start.
What we are looking for?
This is a highly skilled role requiring the ideal candidate to provide a confidential and personal service to the Head of Prep and support the Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate will be required to act as an ambassador for the School and the Head of Prep in all matters and at all times.
Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
What does the role entail?
As well as the full range of PA and administrative tasks to support the Head in the smooth running of the Prep School, the role involves organising and coordinating Prep School events. This role is a varied and busy one and will require someone who is highly organised, has proven ICT skills, is approachable and willing to deal with a variety of tasks with a ‘can do’ and flexible approach to work.
The post is offered on a full-time basis (8.30 am to 4.30 pm), Monday to Friday, term time plus 4 weeks.
