Early Years/Nursery Practitioner – Lingfield, Surrey

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Lingfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the early experiences of children, in a nurturing environment where wellbeing and learning go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll play an active role in the day-to-day life of the nursery, working closely with parents, carers and other professionals to ensure every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with experience in an early years setting who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for working with young children. You’ll need a relevant childcare qualification (NVQ Level 3 or willingness to train), excellent communication skills and the confidence to work on your own initiative, as well as a team-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
Hours and benefits
The role is full-time, working all year round. The nursery is open Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm, and hours are worked on a shift basis within these times.

Admissions Assistant
To start January 2027
We are currently recruiting an Admissions Assistant to work within the Admissions team providing an efficient service to prospective pupils/students and their families.
The role is a busy one requiring the ideal candidate to have strong administrative and organisational skills, an ability to multitask and excellent computer and digital skills, particularly with Office 365. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working in a similar role in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Competitive starting salary, which can be discussed at interview.
This role is a fixed-term contract in the first instance, from January to December 2027, working 4 days per week (ideally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), all year round.
