An Inspiring Afternoon with a Paralympic Champion

Today we were thrilled to welcome Paralympian Will Bailey to Lingfield. He spent time with Year 7 and 8 pupils sharing his incredible story, from discovering table tennis to becoming a Paralympic and World Champion.

Afterwards, Will got stuck in on the tables, taking on our pupils, sharing tips and giving them the chance to play against one of the world’s best!

There were plenty of smiles, some seriously impressive rallies and even a chance to get up close with his Paralympic Gold Medal.

A huge thank you to Will for inspiring our pupils to dream big, work hard and never give up.
