Please find below our New Parent Handbook and Forms for the academic year 2023-24.
Please read all the information carefully and email the Admissions team or call +44 (0) 1342 838153 should you have any questions.
This information and corresponding forms are key documents in the enrolment process. It is essential that the information is read and that the forms are completed. All forms, apart from the Direct Debit Mandate, Alumni and LCPA are sent to the Admissions Team.

Finance Information
Schedule of Fees - Nursery & Reception
The Direct Debit Mandate is not applicable for Nursery. Nursery starters will be given the option to sign a Direct Debit Mandate through the FAMLY app prior to joining.
Schedule of Fees - Years 1 - 6
Fee accounts are payable by Direct Debit. You can choose from one of the following options:
- Termly payments, taken on or just after the first day of each term.
- 3 x equal instalments split over the term.
- Premium Credit - this is arranged directly with Premium Credit, not through our Finance Department.
If you are paying by Direct Debit, please complete the mandate below.

Our school is now on Classlist!
Our school prides itself on being a welcoming, inclusive community and last year we launched an app for parents called Classlist, and we would like to invite you to sign up.
Classlist is UK-based and fully GDPR-compliant parent app that brings you into the heart of our school community. It helps you to connect and help each other. It is a safe and inclusive system. With Classlist, you will be able to contact the parents in your child’s class and put a face to a name. You can share as much or as little contact information with other parents as you like and can even keep your own phone number and email address private whilst still receiving messages via the app or by email.
Schoolpost will continue to be the primary form of communication from School. Everyone using Classlist must comply with the Classlist Community Guidelines which include being respectful of fellow parents and not using the app to complain about the school or individuals connected with the school.
