Nursery Deputy Room Leader (Under 2s)
We are currently recruiting a Nursery Deputy Room Leader (Under 2s) who will assist the Head of Nursery in the smooth running of the Under 2s nursery room, alongside the Room Leader, and to provide support for the nursery children in a welcoming, caring and safe environment.
Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and assisting in the completion of 2-year checks and reports.
You will be Level 3 qualified or higher in Early Years, have at least two years’ experience of working with children under the age of 2 years and have a good working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. This hands-on role requires excellent planning and organisational skills, along with the ability to manage, motivate and act as a positive role model for the team.
A knowledge of the independent school sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Hours of work: Full-time (45 hours per week) on an all-year contract. The working hours are:
Monday 8.15am - 3.45pm
Tuesday 8.15am - 6.00pm
Wednesday 7.30am - 3.45pm
Thursday & Friday 8.15am - 6.00pm
Annual Leave: 20 days plus the usual statutory holidays.
Salary: This role attracts a competitive salary dependent on experience.

Senior School Administrator (part-time, job share) – to start August 2025
We are currently recruiting an Administrator to work in our busy Senior School at Lingfield College, to start in August 2025. If you enjoy an interesting and varied role, this is the job for you.
Day-to-day tasks include front-of-house duties, greeting parents and visitors to the Senior School and dealing with day-to-day student matters. A key part of this role is recording and reporting student attendance and following up on student absences where required, as well as being responsible for the organisation of all electronic mailouts to parents and responding to replies.
The role is a busy one requiring the ideal candidate to have strong administrative and organisational skills, computer literacy and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a professional approach to work and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience of working in a similar role in a school environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Competitive salary discussed at interview.
Hours: This post is offered on a part-time job share basis working 2 days per week from 8.00 am to 4.45 pm, term time only plus 4 weeks.

Fundraising and Development Officer – to start August 2025
An exciting opportunity for a Fundraising and Development Officer has arisen within our External Relations Department at Lingfield College. This role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies to generate financial support, build relationships with potential donors, organise fundraising events and maintain donor relationships to secure and retain funding for the Lingfield Foundation.
You will be the first point of contact for a wide range of inquirers and supporters, assisting with the implementation of a regular giving strategy and supporting donor communications and retention. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring accurate records on the Development database, supporting the work of Alumni with a range of events, and promoting the work of the Development Office with the use of social media.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively nurture relationships with a range of external contacts.
This post is a varied and busy role and will require someone who is highly organised, has proven ICT skills ideally with some knowledge of CRM systems, and is willing to deal with a variety of tasks with a ‘can do’ and flexible approach to work. Previous experience of working in fundraising, ideally within the education or charity sector would be an advantage.
Salary: Competitive salary discussed at interview.
Hours: 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Friday on an all-year contract.
Annual leave: 5.6 weeks per year including Bank Holidays.
