Medical Administrator - to start September 2025
We are recruiting to the role of Medical Administrator in our Senior School to start in September 2025. This is a highly skilled role requiring the ideal candidate to support the medical needs of our students, administer front line First Aid and to provide an effective high-quality administrative service for Senior School staff, students and visitors. Day to day tasks include the administration of medication, supporting students to manage long term medical conditions e.g. asthma, and liaising with parents and carers where required.
This post is a varied and busy role and will require someone who is highly organised with strong administrative skills to maintain detailed and accurate records, together with the ability to take control in an emergency situation when needed and direct others. A willingness to deal with a variety of tasks with a ‘can do’ and flexible approach to work is vital.
Experience of working in a school or medical environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Competitive starting salary
Hours: Full time basis 8.15 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Friday, term time only plus 4 weeks.

One to One Teaching Assistant – to start September 2025
We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant for our Prep School to provide one-to-one support for an individual pupil with Downs Syndrome within the classroom environment.
Day to day tasks include supporting and running interventions for the pupil in line with their individual targets and being involved in the planning and preparation of day-to-day class activities.
This post is a varied and busy role and will require someone who is motivated to provide a fun and stimulating environment for the child. Ideally you will have a Level 3 qualification in supporting teaching and learning and be familiar with the Foundation Stage curriculum. Experience of working with children with special educational needs or disability would be an advantage.
Salary: Starting salary discussed at interview.
Hours: Full time (8.25 am to 3.45 pm Monday to Friday), term time only, fixed term for one year in the first instance with the possibility of continuing beyond August 2026.

Early Years Practitioner – to start September 2025
We are currently recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.
Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and assisting with creative displays within the Nursery.
You will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment. You will have a childcare qualification, ideally NVQ 2 or 3 qualified and know the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
A knowledge of the independent school sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Salary discussed at interview
Hours: Full time, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am – 6.00pm varying shifts, on an all year contract.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of the usual statutory holidays)
Pension: Nest Pension Scheme

Sports Coaches – Prep School
We are currently recruiting for Sports Coaches to work on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our Prep School in the new academic year.
The hours would be on an adhoc basis and the hourly rate (paid on timesheet) will be discussed at interview.
