Catering Assistants
Monday to Friday, term time
25 hours per week – Overtime available
We have two fantastic term-time positions available. This is a customer-facing job, one role based in Prep School and one in Senior School. Duties include assisting with kitchen preparation, serving students during busy meal times, cleaning, and washing up, while adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations.
This is a Monday to Friday position, but will involve occasional evenings and weekends.
Catering experience is an advantage; however, full training will be given.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and 2 satisfactory references.

Chef De Partie

Monday to Friday
40 Hours per week – Overtime available
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
- To assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends, and to be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
- To assist with stock taking when required.
- To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
CLIENT SERVICE
- To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that expectations are consistently exceeded.
- To be customer-focused at all times, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
HEALTH & SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY, THE ENVIRONMENT
- To adhere to the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies.
- To rigorously follow the company cleaning schedules.
- To ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
This is predominantly a Monday-to-Friday position, but will involve occasional evening and weekend work.
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and 2 satisfactory references.

Early Years Practitioner (maternity cover)
We are currently recruiting an Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly Nursery team providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children, from 6 months to 4 years of age.
Day-to-day tasks include working in partnership with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the well-being of the children, implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, and assisting with creative displays within the Nursery.
You will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment. You will have a childcare qualification, ideally NVQ 2 or 3 qualified and know the EYFS curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential.
A knowledge of the independent school sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
Salary: Salary discussed at interview
Hours: Full-time or part-time, working Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm, varying shifts, on an all-year contract.
Holidays: 5.6 weeks paid holiday (inclusive of the usual statutory holidays)
Pension: Nest Pension Scheme
