Digital Marketing Executive 

  • Full Time (40 hours per week)
  • £30,0000 - £34,000 (Depending on experience)

Lingfield College is seeking a creative, proactive and digitally confident Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly and ambitious Marketing Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central hands-on role in shaping the School’s digital presence across social media, the website and wider digital channels.

Working across our Nursery, Prep, Senior and Sixth Form, you will capture and produce authentic, engaging and story-rich content that reflects the vibrancy of school life and supports admissions and whole-school communication. Alongside daily content creation, you will help plan and deliver digital campaigns, support paid advertising, contribute to channel strategy and analyse performance to drive reach and engagement.

You will join a warm, collaborative and forward-looking team, working closely with colleagues across the School and external creative partners, and playing a key part in strengthening the visibility and reputation of Lingfield College.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-quality short-form video, photography, graphics and copy
  • Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Threads
  • Supporting paid digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
  • Updating and maintaining website content and supporting SEO best practice
  • Planning monthly content calendars aligned with School priorities
  • Developing longer-form stories, blogs and digital features
  • Reporting on digital performance and applying insight-led recommendations
  • Collaborating with staff, pupils and external suppliers
  • Supporting wider marketing activity, including events, admissions communications and print collateral

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Creative, digitally fluent and confident in producing social-first content
  • Skilled in short-form video and photography
  • An excellent writer with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Canva (essential) and familiar with CapCut/Adobe tools
  • Organised, proactive and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with pupils and staff to capture authentic content
  • A positive, collaborative team player

Hours and Benefits

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), working all year round. Standard hours are 8.30am–4.30pm with a paid lunch break, and we are open to discussing flexible working options, including adjusted start/finish times or reduced hours during School holidays.

After School Club Assistant (Deputy Lead)

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a fun, enthusiastic After School Club Assistant (Deputy Lead) to help work in and assist with running our busy after-school club for children aged 5–11. If you enjoy creating exciting activities, building great relationships and making afternoons magical for kids, this could be the perfect role for you.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience working with children (bonus points if you’ve got a childcare or play work qualification)
  • An understanding of how children learn, play and grow
  • Basic administration and IT skills
  • Brilliant communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Chef De Partie

Monday to Friday

40 Hours per week – Overtime available

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous / Head Chef.
  • To assist in the development and planning of menus, including future food trends, and to be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
  • To assist with stock taking when required.
  • To carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.

CLIENT SERVICE

  • To ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and that expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • To be customer-focused at all times, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.

HEALTH & SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY, THE ENVIRONMENT

  • To adhere to the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies.
  • To rigorously follow the company cleaning schedules.
  • To ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the company’s Hygiene, Health and Safety policies and procedures.

This is predominantly a Monday-to-Friday position, but will involve occasional evening and weekend work.

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and 2 satisfactory references.

Early Years Practitioner

Inspire young minds in a warm, welcoming nursery setting.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Lingfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the early experiences of children aged 6 months to 4 years, in a nurturing environment where wellbeing and learning go hand in hand.

Whether you’re already working in a similar setting or looking to take the next step in your early years career, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing You’ll play an active role in the day-to-day life of the nursery, working closely with parents, carers and other professionals to ensure every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Creating a stimulating, fun and caring learning environment
  • Contributing to creative displays and enriching the nursery setting
  • Promoting the wellbeing and development of each child

What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with experience in an early years setting who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for working with young children. You’ll need:

  • A relevant childcare qualification (ideally NVQ Level 2 or 3)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work on your own initiative
  • A team-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude

Experience of working in the independent school sector would be an advantage but is not essential.

Hours and benefits We can offer full time or part time hours, working all year round. The nursery is open Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm, and hours are worked on a shift basis within these times. We offer:
