Celebration of Musical Talent at Spring Concert

The final large-scale music production of the year took place this week as Lingfield Music Department entertained parents and staff at the Spring Concert. It was a celebration of musical talent, showcasing the incredible work of our musical ensembles. The Concert and Symphony Orchestras performed songs by Elton John and Hans Zimmer, whilst the Show Choir performed 'I Ain't Worried' from Top Gun: Maverick. There was also music from the Jazz band, Street Band and various other ensembles, including a duet from brothers Josh and Ethan. 

The evening was filled with energy and passion as each group delivered performances that reflected months of dedication and hard work. In addition, there were some farewell performances by the Year 11 and 13 musicians who are leaving us in July. Their presence on stage was met with heartfelt applause, as we celebrated their contributions and wished them well on the next stage of their journey.
