A Taste of Spain: Spanish Market at Lingfield Prep

This week, Year 5 were excited to practise their Spanish at Lingfield 'Mercado Español'!

Students from Year 10 and Head of Spanish Mrs Carballo-Varela, were on hand to sell tasty Spanish food to pupils, including olives, churros, tortilla and more. There were also other items to buy using 'Euros', including stationery useful for schoolwork. By the end of the session, the 'Euros' were nearly gone, and the stalls were almost empty!
