ISI School Inspection Report
The Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) provides an external, impartial assessment of a school’s standards, outcomes and overall provision, enabling families to make informed decisions about their child’s education.
Lingfield College met all Independent School Standards in its most recent inspection (October 2024).
While ISI no longer provides single-word judgements, the report offers a detailed and highly positive picture of a school characterised by a broad curriculum, strong pastoral care and a clear commitment to supporting each pupil as an individual.
The inspection reflects the strength of the Lingfield community — including pupils, staff and governors — and recognises a culture in which pupils are well-supported, encouraged to develop their interests, and able to thrive both academically and personally.
The School provides a well-rounded educational experience, with a clear emphasis on academic achievements, personal development, and the cultivation of independent learning skills.

Lingfield pupils achieve strong results across GCSEs, A Levels and BTECs, with many progressing to their first-choice universities, competitive apprenticeships and a wide range of future pathways.
