Girls' Netball Team Win ISA National Bowl Competition

After an early start and a long journey up to the Kings School, Warwick the ISA National Netball Finals turned out to be a tournament of two halves for our U11 squad.
The girls battled and showed resilience against tough, physical opposition in the morning. Having qualified for the Bowl competition, the girls regrouped and played the free-flowing netball we are used to. They came through a nervy goal-for-goal final against Ipswich High to win 7-5.

Congratulations team! Mrs Hiscock and Mrs Leppard are so incredibly proud of you. 

This achievement was even more impressive as the Year 6s came directly from Bowles where they were midway through their action-packed residential week. Who needs sleep to perform!
