Celebrating Constant Kindness at Lingfield College

At Lingfield College, our pastoral care programme is designed to ensure that every pupil feels recognised and valued. Constant kindness is something we strive for every day, and as part of Anti-Bullying Week, Mrs Groves and the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors have been highlighting uplifting acts of kindness by our students.

Constant Kindness Nominations

Across the school, students have been nominated by their form tutors for making our community a wonderful and supportive place to learn. Nominated students have received wristbands and handwritten postcards.

At Prep, students were nominated for:

"Always cheering on her teammates and peers, and seeing the positives in everyone."

"For being kind, thoughtful and having lovely manners."

"For being thoughtful and taking care of others and their belongings."

At Senior, students were nominated for:

"Always greets teachers politely around school and goes out of his way to hold the door open for others."

"Considerably kind at all times."

"Consistently kind and caring to those in his peer group and to staff."

"Exceptional kindness to everyone, particularly our new students."

At Senior School students also created a wall of kindness with positive words for their peers to read.

Hoodies for Humanity

Students wore hoodies to show unity against bullying.

At Prep School, everyone took part in Odd Socks Day and anti-bullying workshops. They also reflected on what kindness meant to them.
