Students Shine at Maidstone Music Festival With Outstanding Results

Lingfield College students enjoyed a highly successful weekend at the Maidstone Festival, returning with an impressive collection of certificates and achievements for Lingfield Music.

All participating students were awarded either Certificates of Merit or Honours, reflecting their hard work, commitment, and enthusiasm for music and the performing arts. Staff attending the event commented on how well the students represented Lingfield College, both in their performances and their conduct throughout the competition.

A special congratulations to Hector, who delivered exceptional performances across two disciplines. Hector won the woodwind class with top marks, earning an invitation to perform in the prestigious Maidstone concert next weekend. He also achieved second place in the piano class, receiving High Honours, an outstanding accomplishment in a highly competitive category.

These results highlight the ongoing dedication of the Lingfield Music department and the incredible talent of our young performers. We are extremely proud of all Lingfield College students who took part and look forward to seeing their continued musical success in future events.
