Musical Theatre /Pop Singing Teacher from September 2019 (Peripatetic)

Our Music Department requires an enthusiastic and skilled singing teacher of Musical Theatre/Pop Music to join their team of passionate peripatetic staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching both genres of music and the piano skills to accompany during lessons. The LCM board syllabus is currently followed for our pupils taking Grades 1-8. Students will also need preparing for school concerts and auditions so experience in this area would be valuable. The position would be at least one full days teaching (14+ pupils) within a job share with another Musical Theatre singing teacher. Lessons would be £20.00 per 30 minutes. The successful candidate may also be required to run rehearsals for a ‘Glee style’ senior school choir.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and flexible individual, to join our friendly Prep School team. The ideal candidate will support teachers to provide an exceptional teaching and learning experience for our children. This position requires a qualification of NVQ 3 or equivalent.
Leading small group work, flexibility and initiative are all essential requirements for this role. You will support the needs of students to overcome barriers to learning in order that they are able to achieve their full potential.
The hours for this position are Mon to Fri 8.25-1.15 and there may be a requirement for some additional hours in the afternoons. This position is term time only.
