A Teacher of Maths from September 2020

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate teacher to join our friendly and supportive Mathematics Department, with excellent subject knowledge to teach to A level and ideally Further Maths.  The successful candidate will be a hard working individual who can consistently display professionalism, flexibility and a high level of energy for the role, and the ability to develop resources and strategies to bring out the very best in every student. 

The Senior School has excellent facilities and we have small classes to enable focus on individual students, who ‘have outstanding attitudes to learning and develop excellent relationships with their teachers’ (ISI 2017). Our A Level results in 2019 saw Maths achieve 76% grades A*-B and Further Maths 100% A*-A, and GCSE Maths achieved 83% grades 9-6.

Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and flexible individual to join our friendly Nursery team.  The ideal candidate will support the Foundation Stage Leader to assist in the smooth running of the classroom and to provide support for children in the Nursery in a welcoming, caring and safe environment.  This position requires a qualification of NVQ 3 or equivalent.  The successful candidate will have experience of working within a similar setting and be able to provide a fun and stimulating learning environment.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative are essential. Experience of working one to one with SEN children is also required.

The Nursery is open for 50 weeks per year and runs on a shift pattern to ensure year round childcare for our children. 

Hours of Work: Full time or part time, working up to 46 weeks per year

Salary: competitive and discussed at interview

Temporary until 31st August 2020 in the first instance

Holroyd Howe at Lingfield College require a general catering assistant.

30 hours per week 12pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. 

Term Time only with occasional overtime.

The salary for this post is £8.29 ph.

Duties to include-Manual washing up, general cleaning and serving.

The role is subject to an enhanced D.B.S and 2 references.Training and uniform provided.
