We warmly invite children currently in Year 4 to join us for an exciting morning at Lingfield Prep School and discover what life in Years 5 and 6 has to offer.

Our Experience Day will be packed with exciting, hands-on activities, giving children a taste of life in our upper Prep years. They'll meet our teachers, explore new interests and experience the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that makes Lingfield so special.

Why join Lingfield in Year 5 or Year 6?

Years 5 and 6 are popular entry points at Lingfield, giving children time to settle in, form friendships and grow in confidence before moving into Senior School.

Our Prep pupils enjoy a broad and engaging curriculum, excellent facilities and a wealth of co-curricular opportunities, encouraging them to explore their interests and discover new talents.

As an all-through school, almost all of our Prep pupils progress into Lingfield Senior School at Year 7. This continuity removes much of the uncertainty and pressure associated with the 11+ process, allowing children to enjoy their final Prep years, embrace new challenges and develop the confidence and independence to thrive in Senior School and beyond.
