Students at Lingfield College celebrated their excellent A Level results today. Despite the increasingly rigorous nature of A Level courses which are reforming into terminal examination assessment at the end of two year’s study, over 30% of students received the top grades of A*- A in all of their subjects.

Each year the English and Media Centre's publication Media Magazine run a film competition that is open to all schools in the county.
Well done to the U13 Girls’ Football team for playing such great football and having a top class attitude at the ISA Regional Football Competition which was held at Lingfield College.
This week the Year 5 children have been participating in Bikeability cycle training, run by Surrey County Council.

This week, Year 4 had the gruesome task of mummifying a dead tomato.
Lingfield College students across both the Prep and Senior Schools have been participating in a range of activities concentrating on breaking the stigma of mental health. The School is mindful of the importance of positive mental health for the well-being of the whole school community, and has made it a high profile event in its annual calendar.
Year 4 had a lucky escape with the weather last Wednesday when we went to the Science Observatory. Although it was a little chilly, the sun shone the whole time we were at the Observatory and the rain only started to fall when we were on the return coach back to school. Thank goodness we weren’t going there this week!
Year 8 student, Freddie, is flying the Lingfield College flag yet again, with another fantastic sporting achievement.
