On Thursday 15th March, four Year 12 Economics students headed to the Institute of Economic Affairs in Westminster to present their budget to a panel of experts.
On Wednesday last week, children in Upper Key Stage 2 had a break to their usual routine, as they were given the opportunity to participate in skills workshops all morning.

On 7th March, Lord Ragnar welcomed Year 4 with a menacing spear and shield as he ushered us into a Viking village, ordering us to enter according to the length of our beards – a time-honoured Viking tradition. The children were amazed at the reality of the Viking setting: a glowing fire surrounded by furs, around which the village crafts were placed.
Dressage Times for the NSEA on Sunday 18th March at Oldencraig
On Saturday 10 March, Lingfield College hosted its bi-annual Careers Fair. Thirty four delegates were on hand to advise students and their parents on the work experience opportunities, apprenticeship and graduate schemes they can offer.
Heavy snow on World Book Day, 1st March, saw our planned workshops postponed to Tuesday 13th March. All the children in Years 1-6 enjoyed workshops on this day.

Since her success at the Junior Halloween Spooktacular show jumping event in October, Lauren has had another triumph at the Small Pony Premier Show at Bury Farm, Bedfordshire last weekend (17 & 18 February).
Wow! All the children in Y5 had a great time last Friday at the Young Voices Concert at the 02 Arena, where they formed part of a choir of 7,700 children, singing and dancing with real energy and enthusiasm.
We once again attended the annual U11 & U9 ISA Regional Cross Country event on Monday 22nd January at Frewen College in Northiam.
Last week during The Scholars Workshop, we enjoyed using their understanding of De Bono's Thinking Hats to debate a range of issues.
Well done to the Cross Country team which represented the School at the ISA Regional Cross Country event at Shoreham College on Friday 26th January.
Well done to the children from Years 3 and 4 who took part in the Hula Hoop challenge just before Christmas.
