Senior Sports Scholarship

External candidates must be registered for a place at the School prior to commencing a Scholarship application.

Please ensure you have all the necessary supporting documentation before submitting the application form.
It is expected that candidates applying for a Sports Scholarship play in the first or A team of their key team sport or at county level in any individual sport.
Candidates should also demonstrate an active interest in at least two other sports and be able to display high levels of athleticism.
Applications must be accompanied by two references (one of which may be from their current Head of Sport) and a Sporting CV. Existing pupils of Lingfield College need only submit one external reference.
Year 7 Applications to be received by Tuesday 31st October 2023
Year 7 Assessment date is Friday 12th January 2024

Year 9 Applications to be received by Monday 25th September 2023
Year 9 Assessment date is Friday 17th November 2023
